Very often when employees report abusive behavior they’re
retaliated against. And agencies like the Equal Employment Opportunity
Commission, the Department of Labor, and even the courts do not adequately
intervene to stop the abuse. In many instances they do not intervene at all, or
they’ll side with the companies, knowing that those companies or managing
agents and other employees of those companies have viciously taunted the
reporting employees. And this, of course, demonstrates the level of corruption
in those agencies and in our courts. When this occurs, momentum is given to
bullies for knowing that there won’t be any repercussions for their action, and this, of course, should not be so...
